This year Toyota (Mauritius) Ltd has had the privilege to host the African Kaizen Marathon Award ceremony. The competition entails pushing TOYOTA dealers to be more proactive in implementing best practices and improvement initiatives in their respective fields in each branch.

His excellency the Ambassador of Japan in Mauritius, Mr. Suichiro Kawaguchi was the honorary guest. He shared kind words of wisdom and encouragement for implementing the Japanese work ethic and Toyota way in Africa. He praised the openness of the dealers’ initiative to kaizen their work operations the Toyota way.
