Toyota (Mauritius) Ltd, an international Company in the local automotive industry, is planning to expand its business and to move into its new locations with up to date facilities very soon. Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced, dynamic and motivated candidates for the following positions: 

1. Sales Assistant

- monitor the flow of customers in the showroom 
- assist sales personnel in the day-to-day operations of the Sales Department and in completing the administrative procedures in the sales and delivery of vehicles
- coordinate with incoming customers for professional sales service and maintain business relations
- direct customers to Sales Representatives for technical information, whenever necessary
- participate in sales promotional activities and weekend work when required
- Use appropriate software system to initiate sales quotations, input customer data and keeping and retrieving of customer data
- Ensure that test drive vehicles are in good running conditions and parked accordingly
- Provide support to the Sales team in achieving their sales objectives

The candidates we are looking for should:

- be holder of Higher School Certificate, or equivalent
- have excellent communication skills whilst being enthusiastic, confident and motivated in his/her approach.
- be proficient on Computers, CRM Systems and Microsoft Excel 
- possess a very high level of attention to details
- be a problem solver: and have the ability to handle difficult situations
- have exceptional organizational skills
- be holder of a valid car driving license (Manual).

2. RECEPTIONIST

Profile:
-    Possess at least Cambridge School Certificate
-    Have proven knowledge in operation of a switch board,
-    Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Software packages,
-    Good communication and interpersonal skills, pleasant personality,
-    At least three years’ working experience in administrative and/or receptionist duties, filing, Secretarial and Front Office Administration skills,
-    Diploma in Secretarial Duties will be an advantage,
-    Knowledge of the Automotive industry will be a definite advantage.

3.  GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER

Profile:
-    Holder of Higher School Certificate,
-    Have good communication and interpersonal skills,
-    Be computer literate and be familiar with Microsoft office software packages,
-    At least two years’ experience in front office Management, 
-    Diploma / Degree in Communication and / or Public Relations and / or related field will be an advantage.

4.  CASHIER


Profile
-    Holder of a Higher School Certificate
-    At least two years’ experience as a retail cashier
-    Have good communication and interpersonal skills
-    Be computer literate and be familiar with Microsoft office software packages
-    Have good mathematical skills
-    High degree of organizational skills, accuracy and confidentiality
-    Ability to work well as part of a team.

5.  OFFICE ATTENDANT / TEA LADY


Profile
-    Secondary studies, minimum a form III.
-    Trustworthy, dynamic with ability to work under pressure.
-    Willing to work odd hours, on Saturdays
-    Courteous, proactive and dedicated with excellent customer service skills
-    Organisational skills
-    Good at Tea / Coffee making
-    At least two years’ experience in similar position

6.  MESSENGER / DRIVER


Profile
-    Secondary studies, minimum a form III.
-    A most recent Morality Certificate.
-    Holder of a valid and clean driving license for bus / good vehicles with good driving skills.
-    Integrity, honesty, and maturity.
-    Courteous, proactive and dedicated with excellent customer service skills
-    At least 3 years’ driving experience


7.  AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRICIAN


Profile
- At least School Certificate
-NTC Certificate in Automotive Electric / Electronics or equivalent technical qualifications
- At least three years’ experience in a similar position

8.    MOTOR MECHANIC TECHNICIAN/ MECHANIC GRADES I & II


Profile:
-    Brevet  de Technicien  en Mechanique   Automobile; or
-    National Trade Certificate; or
-    Brevet d’Aptitude Professionnelle en Mechanique Automobile, 
-    At least three years’ working experience.

9.    CAR CLEANER / GENERAL WORKER


Profile:
-    Certificate of Primary Education
-    good cleaning skills, including knowledge of cleaning equipment and substances, and how to use them safely
-    knowledge of skills and techniques required for cleaning and polishing different paint types
-    customer service skills.
-    At least two years’ working experience.
