Toyota Mauritius Ltd Diamond Jubilee

As we are, this year, celebrating our Diamond Jubilee, we reflect on Toyota's 60 meaningful years in Mauritius. The event was honoured by the presence of His Excellency Mr. Prithvirajsingh Roopun. We extend heartfelt thanks to our dedicated team for their efforts in building our brand locally amidst challenges.

Since introducing the first hybrid electric cars in Mauritius in 2008, Toyota has led the segment and remains committed to carbon neutrality by 2035 and across our value chain by 2050 through our Beyond Zero vision.

On September 17, 2024, we celebrated this milestone with esteemed guests, including the President of the Republic and distinguished Ministers. Mr. Arvind Issur, our Managing Director, highlighted our journey and paid tribute to his late grand-father Mr. Sookdeo Issur and late father, Mr. Karumchand Issur, whose vision laid our foundation. We also proudly showcased the new Land Cruiser PRADO, symbolizing our ongoing commitment to innovation and progress. Together, we strive to create a better world.
